How and how often are partner commission payments made?
In our collaboration model, there are no regular commission payments from RoyalPlay to the partner in the usual sense. The work is based on a prepaid credit system:
- You, as a partner, buy game credits from RoyalPlay at a special partner price (with a discount of up to 80%).
- These credits are added to your cashier balance in the RoyalPlay system and are used by players to place bets and play.
- You receive payments from players in cash or other methods directly in your betting shop (for example, when they top up their game balance).
Your income is generated locally on your side – it is the difference between the funds received from players in your room and the cost of the credits you bought from RoyalPlay.
Are there hidden fees, license fees or guaranteed minimum payments to RoyalPlay?
No, our Revenue Share model is transparent. You do not pay for the RoyalPlay software license. Your income depends directly on the GGR of your room. There are no guaranteed minimum payments to us.
What is the average potential income of a partner? Can you give calculation examples?
The potential income depends on many factors: location of the room, number of gaming stations, customer traffic and partner marketing activity. We cannot guarantee specific amounts, but in the partner panel you will find tools to analyze the GGR, and when discussing the conditions, we can provide calculation examples.
How transparent is the financial information? How can I track my income?

Who covers the internet and electricity costs at the point of sale?
These operating expenses (rent, internet, electricity, staff salaries, etc.) are covered by the partner.
